0003: the County of Oxon Carpenter being of sound and disposing
0004: Mind and Memory do hereby make this my last Will and
0005: Testament First and principally I commend my Soul into the
0006: Hands of Almighty God hoping for Remission of all my Sins
0007: through the Merits of Jesus Christ my blessed Saviour and
0008: Redeemer and my Body to the Earth or Sea as it shall please
0009: God and as for such Worldly Estate and Effects which I shall
0010: be possessed of or intituled unto at the time of my decease I
0011: give and bequeath the same as followeth that is to say
0012: unto my loving brother William Silver of the Parish of St
0013: Margarets Westminster in the County of Middlesex Tallow
0014: Chandler I give bequeath and devise and to his Heirs
0015: Executors Administrators and Assigns all my Real and
0016: Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever In Trust for
0017: my two Children Elizabeth and Ann Silver and to their Heirs
0018: and Assigns equally to be divided between them Share and
0019: Share alike And I do hereby nominate constitute and
0020: appoint the said William Silver Executor of this my last
