| 0009: | that Francis Simmons Jun[io]r should make my Coffin and as for

| 0010: | such worldly Goods as God has been pleased to bestow upon me

| 0011: | I give and bequeath as follows Namely after my funeral expenes

| 0012: | are discharged and my Just Debts which I desire may be paid as far

| 0013: | as my assets will give leave I give all the rest & residue of my

| 0014: | real and personal Estate Goods and Chattells working Tools

| 0015: | and book Debts and all other Goods whatsoever and wheresoever

| 0016: | to and amongst my Children namely Susan, Thomas, John and

| 0017: | Richard share and share alike and I do make Constitute and

| 0018: | appoint my uncle Abijah Rakestraw and my Brother Benjamin

| 0019: | Butler Guardians and Trustees of my Children aforesaid and

| 0020: | to have full power in the managing of them and the Estate and

| 0021: | assets that shall fall to them, and do also make Constitute

| 0022: | and appoint the said Abijah Rakestraw and Benjamin Butler

| 0023: | Executors of this my Last will and Testament revoking
