0002: of Henley upon Thames in the County of Oxford Gentl[ema]n Do
0003: make and ordain this my last and Testament in manner
0004: following (that is to say) Imprimis my Will is that all my
0005: just Debts be paid out of my Estate which I herein after give
0006: to my Dear & Loving wife Item I give devise and
0007: bequeath unto my Dear and Loving wife Mary Toovey
0008: and her heires and Assignes for ever All my Estate
0009: wheresoever and whatsoever both Reall and Personall
0010: and I do make her my said wife full and Sole Executrix
0011: of this my last Will and Testament And I do make and
0012: appoint her also Guardian of the Persons and Estates of my
0013: Son and Daughter during their minority being fully
0014: Satisfied with her Care and Kindness for them
0015: Revoking all former Wills by me made I do publish and
