I give to my daughter Mary Toovey and her lawfully begotten issue all my woodland called Comb wood in Hambledon, Bucks, which I bought from Mary Abbott Widow and Elizabeth Green Spinster containing about 23 acres, and if there is no such issue, then I give and bequeath this to my son Richard Fisher and daughters Sarah Fisher and Anne Fisher and their heirs in equal shares. My will is that Mary Toovey shall not destroy this woodland but shall manage it effectively

If she has no such issue then I give this woodland to my son Richard Fisher and daughters Mary Toovey and Anne Fisher in equal shares.
