I give to my daughter Mary Toovey and her lawfully begotten issue all my woodland called Comb wood in Hambledon, Bucks, which I bought from Mary Abbott Widow and Elizabeth Green Spinster containing about 23 acres, and if there is no such issue, then I give and bequeath this to my son Richard Fisher and daughters Sarah Fisher and Anne Fisher and their heirs in equal shares. My will is that Mary Toovey shall not destroy this woodland but shall manage it effectively

I give to my daughter Sarah Fisher and her lawful issue my woodland called little Adams Coppice, Round Coppice and Bottom Coppice, containing about 33 acres with the field called Cats Prains and paddock lying within them, in Hambledon which I bought from Thomas Keene. If she has no such issue then I give this woodland to my son Richard Fisher and daughters Mary Toovey and Anne Fisher in equal shares.

I give to my daughter Sarah Fisher the sum of four hundred pounds to be paid to her at her age of twenty one or day of marriage if earlier. Interest on this in the meantime is to be applied towards her maintenance and education

In the absence of such issue, then I give and bequeath these properties to my son Richard Fisher and daughters Mary Toovey and Sarah Fisher in equal shares.

0003: Oxon Maltster Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testam[en]t
0004: in manner following (vizt) Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my
0005: loving Daughter Mary Toovey All that my Wood and Woodland
0006: ground com[m]only called or known by the Name of Comb wood
0007: scituate and being in the Parish of Hambledon in the County of
0008: Bucks with all and singuler its rights Members and Appurtenances
0009: thereunto belonging which I some time since bought and purchased
0010: to me and my Heirs of and from Mary Abbott Widow and Elizabeth
0011: Green Spinster containing by estimac[i]on three and twenty acres
0012: (more or less) To have and to hold the said Wood and Woodland
0013: ground and premisses unto my said Daughter Mary Toovey and
