| 0011: | all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what Nature and

| 0012: | KindsoEver To Hold to them and the Survivor of them the said John Cox and Abraham

| 0013: | Darby In Trust Only to permitt and Suffer my Loving Wife Ann Cox to Hold

| 0014: | Use and Peaceably and Quietly Enjoy the same and every part thereof for and during

| 0015: | the Term of her Natural Life and from and after her Decease In Trust for my Loving

| 0016: | and beloved Children John Cox Elizabeth Cox and Joseph Cox Equally to be Divided between

| 0017: | them share and share alike and in Case either or any of my said Children shall happen

| 0018: | to Dye in the Lifetime of his her or their Mother or before they shall attain the Age of Twenty

| 0019: | One Years Then my Will is that the Share of him her or them so dying shall go to the

| 0020: | Survivor or Survivors of my said Children equally to be Divided between them after the

| 0021: | Death of their said Mother and their attaining their Respective Ages of Twenty One Years

| 0022: | and in Case my said Wife shall at any time after my Decease happen to Marry Again then

| 0023: | that My said Trustees and the Survivor of them & the Heirs of such Survivor do and shall

| 0024: | Inspect and see that my s[ai]d Personal Estate shall not be Wasted by any Future Husband

| 0025: | but be Preserved and took care of for the benefit of my s[ai]d Children And I do hereby Ordain Constitute
