To my daughter Mary Lazingby wife of Benjamin Lazingby and my sons William and Francies Britten my two properties situated in Bell Street at North Street now in the tenure/possessions of Richard Cockey and Henry Plummer  during the course of their lives and for the survivor and survivors of them in equal shares. After their deaths and the deaths of the longest lived of them, then the properties pass to the heirs and assignes of the survivors of  William and Francis Britten my sons forever.

0002: elder of Henley upon Thames in the County of Oxon Butcher
0003: being very much in Yeares but of sound mind & perfect
0004: understanding and calling to mind the uncertainty of this
0005: transitory life and all persons are borne to dye do make &
0006: appoint this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme
0007: following And first and principally i comend my Soule into the
0008: Hands of Allmighty God who gave itt me trusting through the
0009: merritts & mediation of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ
0010: to have remission of all my Sins and to be [↑made] pertaker of ever
0011: lasting life And my Body I comitt to the earth to be decently
0012: buryed att the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named And as
0013: for my Wordly estate which the Lord out of his mercy hath
0014: bestowed upon me I dispose thereof in manner and forme following
0015: (that is to say) Imprimis I give and devise unto my daughter
0016: Mary Lazingby wife of Benjamine Lazingby of Dorchester in the
0017: said County of Oxon Yeoman and unto my sons William
0018: Britten and Francis Britten both of Henley aforesaid Butchers
0019: All my two Messuages or Tenements with the Hereditaments &
0020: appurtenances to the same belonging Scituate Standing & being
0021: in a Certaine Streete in Henley aforesaid Comonly called or
0022: Known by the Name of Bell Streete al[ia]s North Streete now in
0023: the Severall Tenures or poss[ess]ions of Richard Cockey & Henry

0025: To Hold unto the said Mary Lazingby William Britten & Francis
