Henry Garter to children | Properties in Bell Street
To: Unnamed (Children)
Two properties in Bell Street, Henley, in the occupation of William Grimshiere and Bartholomew Andrews, and residual estate, to be sold and the money remaining after payment of debts, funeral expenses and executor's expenses to be divided equally among the testator's children. The sons are to receive their share at 21 years; the daughters at 18 years or on their marriages, if earlier. Until those shares are distributed, the executor is to get the best interest he can but he is not to suffer for any losses that might occur.
