To: Thomas Coxhead (Son)

I give to my son Thomas Coxhead all the two properties on the Hill in Henley upon Thames in the occupations of Richard Deane and Charles Johnson for his lifetime.  After his death, the property occupied by Richard Deane is to pass to my grandson Thomas Coxhead Stevens and the property occupied by Charles Johnson is to pass to my grandson Henry Stevens
