0002: I William Davis of Henley upon Thames in the County of Oxford Yeoman being
0003: Sick and Weak in Body but of sound and perfect Mind Memory and understanding
0004: considering the Certainty of Death and the uncertainty of the Time thereof and being
0005: desirous to settle my Affairs Do therefore make Ordain publish and Declare this my
0006: last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) I Give and
0007: Devise unto my Dear and Loving Wife Mary Davis her Heirs and Assigns All my
0008: Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments situate in Henley upon Thames
0009: aforesaid And all other my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever
0010: within the Kingdom of Great Britain To have and to hold the same and every
0011: part and parcel thereof unto and to the Use of my said Wife Mary Davis her
0012: Heirs and Assigns for Ever, Also I Give and bequeath unto my said Wife Mary
0013: Davis her Executors Administrators and Assigns All my Money Securities for Money
0014: Bonds Bills Notes Household Furniture and all other my personal Estate whatsoever
0015: and wheresoever and of what Nature or kindsoever To hold the same unto my said

0017: their own Use and Benefit. And I hereby Nominate Constitute and appoint
