| 0003: | Sick and Weak in Body but of sound and perfect Mind Memory and understanding |
| 0004: | considering the Certainty of Death and the uncertainty of the Time thereof and being |
| 0005: | desirous to settle my Affairs Do therefore make Ordain publish and Declare this my |
| 0006: | last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) I Give and |
| 0007: | Devise unto my Dear and Loving Wife Mary Davis her Heirs and Assigns All my |
| 0008: | Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments situate in Henley upon Thames |
| 0009: | aforesaid And all other my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever |
