I give to my son William Sharpe all my property for his life and at his death to his two sons, Francis Sharpe and William Sharpe, at the age of twenty one years equally and should either die before inheriting then the survivor shall inherit.  I give the residue of my estate to my son William Sharpe.

0002: the Fourth day of August in the Year of our Lord 1736 I William
0003: Sharpe of Henley upon Thames in the County of Oxon Yeoman
0004: being of perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto God
0005: therefore calling unto Mind the Mortality of my Body and
0006: knowing that it is appointed for all Men once to dye do make
0007: and Ordain this my last Will and Testament that is to say
0008: principally and first of all I give and Recommend my Soul
0009: into the Hands of God that gave it and for my Body I recom[m]end
0010: it to the Earth to be buried in a Christian like and decent manner
0011: at the Discretion of my Executor nothing doubting but at the
0012: general Resurrection I shall receive the same again by the
0013: Mighty Power of God and as touching such Worldly Estate
0014: wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life I give devise
0015: dispose of the Same in the Following manner and Form First I
0016: Give and bequeath to my Son William Sharpe all and singular
0017: my Lands Messuages and Tenements during the Term of his Life and
0018: at his decease or when his two Sons (that is) Francis Sharp and
0019: William Sharpe are attained unto the age of twenty one Years it
0020: shall be equally divided between them by them and the Heirs of
0021: their Bodys lawfully begotten to be possessed and enjoyed for Ever
0022: and in case either of my two Grandsons (that is) Francis Sharpe

0024: the surviving person shall enjoy it all Secondly I give and devise
0025: to my Grand Daughter Ann Sharpe the su[m]me of One hundred
