0003: make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner
0004: following (vizt.) Imprimis I Ratifie and Confirm the
0005: Settlement I have lately made on my Loving wife and
0006: Son William of my Messuage or Tenement wherein I now
0007: live with the appurtenances, And I do hereby give &
0008: bequeath unto my Loving wife Mary Alleway All my
0009: goods Chattles and personall Estate wheresoever and
0010: whatsoever whom I make and Ordain the full & sole
0011: Executrix of this my last Will and Testament Revoking
0012: all former Wills by me made I do publish and Declare

0039: We have Decreed a Commission to certain Persons for taking the Oath of Mary Alleway Widow

0043: and Authority and by Virtue of these preents name, ordain, make and appoint you our
0044: Commissionary to execute the premisses injoining and Requiring you that as soon as
0045: the said Oath is Administred to the said Mary Alleway the Executrix that you or
0046: one of you who was present at the Execution of the same shall certify to us or our
0047: Lawful Surrogate or any other Competent Judge in this behalf at or before the last
0048: day of this Instant December next after the Date hereof together with these
0049: presents Otherwise We pronounce this Commission to be of no Effect or force. Given
