0001: In the name of God amen I Thomas Randall of Henley upon Thames in the
0002: County of Oxon Glazier Do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner
0003: and form following (vizt) Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my Daughter
0004: Anne Mattingly All that my Messuage or Tenement wherein I now dwell in
0005: Hart Street in Henley upon Thames aforesaid with all and singuler its rights
0006: members & appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging used or in any
0007: wise appertaining To have and to hold the said Messuage or Tenement and
0008: p[re]misses w[ith] y[e] appurtenances unto my said Daughter Anne Mattingly her
0009: heires & assignes for ever Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter
0010: Frances Mattingly All that my Messuage or Tenement in Hart Street aforesaid
0011: now in the possession of Thomas Rickford and adjoyning to the before menc[i]oned
0012: Messuage on the West side thereof and adjoyning to the East side of the
0013: Messuage or Tenem[en]t in the possession of Samuel Darby Maltster, and also the
0014: use of the Well in Com[m]on with my Daughter Anne Mattingly & her heires
0015: being at halfe charge in repairing & maintaining the said Well w[ith] all
