| 0006: | principally I commend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty |
| 0007: | God my Creator hoping through the Merits and Mediation of my |
| 0008: | Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to have Remission of all my |
| 0009: | sins and to be made partaker of Everlasting Life And my |
| 0010: | Body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the |
