0001: In the name of God Amen I John Heasley of the Parish of
0002: Henley upon Thames in the County of Oxon Labourer being not well in
0003: Body but of sound and perfect mind and disposing memory thanks be
0004: given to God therefore and calling to mind the certainty of death and
0005: uncertainty of the time when and to avoid all disputes which may happen
0006: after my decease as farr as in me lies Do make and ordain this my last
0007: Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say first
0008: I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave itt
0009: trusting to obtaine Salvation through the merritts Death and passion of
0010: Jesus Christ my ever blessed Saviour and Redeemer and my Body to the
0011: earth from whence itt came to be decently buried att the discretion of my
0012: Executrix herein after named and as for my worldly Estate which God in
0013: his mercy hath bestowed on me I dispose thereof as followeth Imprimis I
0014: give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Mary all this my House
0015: Messuage or Tenement wherein I now dwell scituate standing and being on
0016: the Hill in the Parish of Henley upon Thames aforesaid the Messuage or Tenement
0017: of Henry Clemens on the East side thereof and the Messuage or Tenement
0018: of William Jemmett on the west side thereof by her freely to be possessed and
0019: enjoyed Item I give devise and bequeath unto my loving Mother Elizabeth
0020: Harman the sum[m]e of five Guineas to be paid unto her by my Executrix
0021: herein after named immediately after my decease and if my Mother do not
0022: live to spend the five Guineas My Will and desire is that the five Guineas
0023: should be paid unto my Sister Elizabeth Catterns of London Item I give devise
0024: and bequeath unto my Brother Willian Harman all my wearing Apparrel
0025: whatsoever And Lastly all my Household Goods Chattels and Moveables

0027: Legacies and funerall Expences are paid and satisfyed I give devise and

The Register has recorded the Testator's name as Hasely.  There appears to have been, possibly, two witnesses with the name 'Thomas Vickers'.
