I bequeath to my Son in law Joseph Gambol and Sindini his wife my leasehold cottage in Northfield End in Henley upon Thames in which I now live with its Garden and appurtenances for their lifetimes. After the death of the survivor of Joseph Gambol and Sindini his Wife, I give it to George Hide Pratt a natural son of my daughter Sindini Pratt for the remainder of the term of the lease.
