0002: I Grace Fowler of Henley upon Thames in the County of Oxford
0003: Widow do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in
0004: manner following (vizt) Imprimis I give devise and dispose
0005: unto Grace Pearman (Daughter of my Cousin John Pearman)
0006: the Bed compleat and the Furniture in and belonging to the
0007: Garrett in my now dwelling House in Friday Street Item I
0008: give devise and dispose unto my Niece Elizabeth Pearman Wife
0009: of the said John Pearman and to her three Daughters Sarah
0010: Grace and Elizabeth three pounds a piece to be paid into the
0011: Hands of the said John Pearman for their respective Uses
0012: within six Months next after my decease out of the Estate
0013: hereinafter given to my Neice Mary Benwell which I hereby
0014: charge with the payment thereof accordingly Item I give
