0001: In the Name of God Amen I Daniel Wyett
0002: of Henley upon Thames in the County of Oxford Cooper being in good Health of Body and of sound
0003: and disposing Mind Memory and Understanding do make my last Will and Testament in
0004: manner following (that is to say) First I Commend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty
0005: God who gave it hoping for Redemption through the Merits of Jesus Christ and my
0006: Body I commit to the Earth to be decently interred at the Discretion of my Executrixes
0007: herein after named and as to my worldly Estate and Effects I dispose thereof as follows
0008: First I will and direct that all my just Debts and Funeral Expences be fully paid
0009: and satisfied Also I give and devise unto my loving and beloved Sisters Ann Wyett and
0010: Elizabeth Wyeth All that Messuage or Tenement wherein I now dwell situate in Henley
0011: upon Thames aforesaid And also all those two Messuages or Tenements thereunto adjoining
0012: One whereof was lately called or known by the Name or Sign of the Sheers and now of the
0013: Turks Head and the other is now in the Tenure or Occupation of Robert Rathill Salesman
0014: with the several Stables Granaries Gardens Hereditaments and Appurtenances to the same
0015: any or either of them belonging adjoining or appertaining And also all other my real
0016: Estate whatsoever and wheresoever To hold the same and every part thereof with the
0017: Appurtenances unto and to the Use of them my said Sisters Ann Wyett and Elizabeth
0018: Wyett and the Survivor of them and the Heirs and Assigns of such Survivor for ever Also

0020: personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever for their own Use and Benefit
