| 0004: | manner following (that is to say) First I Commend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty

| 0006: | Body I commit to the Earth to be decently interred at the Discretion of my Executrixes

| 0007: | herein after named and as to my worldly Estate and Effects I dispose thereof as follows

| 0008: | First I will and direct that all my just Debts and Funeral Expences be fully paid

| 0009: | and satisfied Also I give and devise unto my loving and beloved Sisters Ann Wyett and

| 0010: | Elizabeth Wyeth All that Messuage or Tenement wherein I now dwell situate in Henley

| 0011: | upon Thames aforesaid And also all those two Messuages or Tenements thereunto adjoining

| 0012: | One whereof was lately called or known by the Name or Sign of the Sheers and now of the

| 0013: | Turks Head and the other is now in the Tenure or Occupation of Robert Rathill Salesman

| 0014: | with the several Stables Granaries Gardens Hereditaments and Appurtenances to the same

| 0015: | any or either of them belonging adjoining or appertaining And also all other my real
|
| 0016: | Estate whatsoever and wheresoever To hold the same and every part thereof with the

| 0017: | Appurtenances unto and to the Use of them my said Sisters Ann Wyett and Elizabeth

| 0018: | Wyett and the Survivor of them and the Heirs and Assigns of such Survivor for ever Also

| 0019: | I give and bequeath unto them my said Sisters Ann Wyett and Elizabeth Wyett All my
|
| 0020: | personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever for their own Use and Benefit

| 0021: | equally to be divided between [↑them] Share and Share alike And I do hereby nominate constitute

| 0022: | and Appoint them my said Sisters Ann Wyett and Elizabeth Wyett joint Executrixes

| 0023: | of this my Will and hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me
