Comments
At the time of probate, Sarah Brigstock the widow of the testator and joint executor was named Sarah Orme, wife of James Orme. See Ann Cottingham's "Hostelries of Henley" which mentions Charles Brigstock being granted leases for the Rose and Crown in Market Place in 1727 and 1738; and then in 1756 to John Brigstock.
