To my daughters Mary, Ann and Sarah Wheeler the sum of three hundred and fifty pounds and my son John the sum of four hundred pounds to be paid at their ages of twenty one years or the day of marriage whichever is the earlier;  the interest in the meantime to be used towards their education and maintenance.  In the event of the death before any of them inherits then the legacy to be shared by the survivor(s).

0002: I John Wheeler of Henley upon Thames in the County of Oxon
0003: Currier Doe make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in
0004: manner following (vizt) Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my daughters
0005: Mary Wheeler Ann Wheeler and Sarah Wheeler the sume of Three
0006: hundred Fiftie pounds apiece of lawfull money of Great Brittaine And
0007: to my Sonn John Wheeler I give the sum[m]e of Foure hundred pounds of
0008: like lawfull money to be paid to them severally att their severall and
0009: respective ages of one and twenty yeares or day of Marriage
0010: which shall first happen and legall interest thereof in the meane time
0011: to be applyed towards their maintenance and education And if any
0012: of them shall happen to dye before his or her legacie shall become
0013: due and payable Then my Will is that the Legacie of him or her soe
0014: dying shall be equally divided amongst all my Surviveing Children

0029: if the said Estate att Pishill and Watlington shall be recovered by law

0035: I give and bequeath unto all my Children equally to be divided between

0037: appoint my loveing brothers Joseph Wheeler and William Newberry
0038: Executors of this my last Will and Testament In Trust for my said
0039: Children and I doe alsoe make nominate constitute and appoint my
0040: said brothers Joseph Wheeler and William Newberry to be Guardians
0041: of my said Children till they shall severally attaine their severall and
0042: respective ages of one and twenty yeares And for their Care and
0043: paines herein I give to each of them Five Guineas and my Will is
0044: that my said Executors shall be saved harmless and deduct to
0045: themselves by and out of my said Estates all such Costs charges
0046: damages losses and expences which they or either of them shall or
0047: may be att or putt unto for or by reason or meanes of the Execution of

0049: they be accountable one for the other nor with or for the Act Deed
0050: receipt or payment of the other but for their owne seperate Act

On 10 May 1729 Adminiistration was granted to Joseph Wheeler with power reserved to William Newberry. On 29 November 1729 William Newberry was also granted Administration by John Andrew at London
