To my wife, Katherine Alloway and her heirs forever,  my messuage in the Butcher Row, in Henley upon Thames.  It was in the possession of James White and is now in the possession of John Lovegrove. The condition of the legacy is that Katherine Alloway has to pay the money due on the property to Mr Matthew Askey. She can raise the money due from the rents or from sale or any other way she chooses. This, together with other property, is subject and liable to the maintenance and education of all his children.

To my wife Katherine Alleway my messuage in Bell Street, Henley upon Thames.  It was in the possession of John Pottinger and then of Benjamin Norton and was lately bought from Francis Stennett and others.  When son William Alleway reaches 21 years and is in possession of the property he has to pay his brother John Alleway, sisters: Katherine, Elizabeth and Lucey, Alloway £10 pounds each (total £40) within 12 months of reaching 21 years.  (This property adjoins a newly built one) This property together with other properties, is subject and liable to the  maintenance and education of all his children.

To my wife Katherine Alleway, for life, the newly built property adjoining that property in Bell Street, Henley upon Thames which is in the possession of Mary Tovey widow.   After my wife's death then to my son William Alleway.  Son William Alleway has to pay his brother John Alleway ten pounds, and his sisters: Katherine, Elizabeth and Lucey ten pounds each (total £40).  This is to be paid within 12 months of reaching 21 years and in possession of the property, (which adjoins an older property of William Alloway) This property, along with others, is subject and liable to the maintenance and education of all his children.

To my daughter Mary Alleway £40.  This money is in case she marries and has a child and the money to come from his stock.  If Mary does not have a child that money goes into his personal estate.

0003: make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner
0004: following (that is to say) Imprimis I give and bequeath
0005: unto my loving daughter Ann Collier and Mary Alloway and
0006: their Heirs and Assigns for ever All that my Messuage or
0007: Tenement and Premisses with all and singular the Rights
0008: Members and Appurtenances thereto belonging or appertain
0009: ing now in my Possession in Bell Street in Henley upon Thames
