To my wife, Katherine Alloway and her heirs forever, my messuage in the Butcher Row, in Henley upon Thames. It was in the possession of James White and is now in the possession of John Lovegrove. The condition of the legacy is that Katherine Alloway has to pay the money due on the property to Mr Matthew Askey. She can raise the money due from the rents or from sale or any other way she chooses. This, together with other property, is subject and liable to the maintenance and education of all his children.

(This property adjoins a newly built one) This property together with other properties, is subject and liable to the maintenance and education of all his children.

This is to be paid within 12 months of reaching 21 years and in possession of the property, (which adjoins an older property of William Alloway) This property, along with others, is subject and liable to the maintenance and education of all his children.
