To: Nelthorpe Gymingham ; Thomason Gymingham (Sons)

I give to my sons Nelthorpe Gymingham and Thomason Gymingham my property on the north side of New Street in Henley upon Thames now in my own possession as tenants in Common. If my sons should die before reaching the age of twenty one and leave no lawfully-begotten issue, then I give the property to my cousins Anne Fitters, Jasper Fitters, Sarah Fitters, Thomas Fitters, James Fitters and Silver Fitters and Katherine Rusden as tenants in common.
