I give to my wife Elizabeth Dee the property in my possession in Duke Street in Henley upon Thames for her natural life and after her decease I give the property to my Son Ambrose Dee, subject nevertheless to the mortgage due on it, the legacies before given to my sons John and Robert Dee and to my funeral expenses and all my other debts
