To: Thomas Mason, Henry Mason (Sons)

I give to my sons Thomas and Henry Mason all my property, farm, land, woods and woodlands in the parish of Ipstone, Bucks, (currently occupied by myself, John Messenger, Kadman Messenger and John Seward or their tenants) for ever as tenants in common upon the express condition that if there should be more than one thousand pounds each on division of my estate after payment of my debts and expenses, then the residue should be shared equally between my sons Thomas, Henry and my daughter Mary Mason.
