To: Anne Fisher (Daughter)

I give to my daughter Anne Fisher and her lawful issue my five properties (including a wharf) at the foot of the bridge in Henley upon Thames now or recently occupied by Charles Facer, Thomas Davis, John Akers, William Dwite and Thomas Shefford. In the absence of such issue, then I give and bequeath these properties to my son Richard Fisher and daughters Mary Toovey and Sarah Fisher in equal shares.
