0006: and Testament in manner and form following that is to
0007: say) first I give and devise unto my beloved Mother
0008: Elizabeth Coombes Widow All that my Freehold Estate
0009: situate lying and being in the Parish of Buckland in the
0010: County of Berks to hold to my said beloved Mother
