| 0020: | Rainsford and Thomas Hanson Esquires To hold to them

| 0022: | In Trust to permit and suffer my loving and beloved Wife

| 0023: | Elizabeth Prince or her Assigns to receive and take the

| 0024: | Dividends Produce Proceed and Income thereof for and

| 0025: | during the Term of her natural life and from and

| 0026: | immediately after her decease Then In Trust as to three

| 0027: | Hundred Pounds part thereof to permit and suffer my loving

| 0028: | and beloved Daughter Elizabeth Snow Wife of the Reverend

| 0029: | Mr John Snow to receive and take y[e] Dividends Produce Proceed

| 0030: | and Income thereof to and for her own use and benefit

| 0031: | for and during the Term of her natural life neither shall

| 0032: | the same or any part thereof be subject or liable to the

| 0033: | Will or Controul of her said Husband nor to any of his debts

| 0034: | or Engagements And I do hereby Will and Direct that in

| 0035: | case my said Daughter Snow shall die either during the life

| 0036: | time of my said Wife or before my Granddaughter Elizabeth

| 0037: | Snow hereinafter named shall have attained her age of

| 0038: | twenty one Years that then and in either of the said cases

| 0039: | my said Trustees or the Survivor of them and the Executors

| 0040: | or Administrators of such Survivor (out of the said three
|
| 0041: | hundred Pounds Trust (Money) shall forthwith add the life of

| 0042: | my said Granddaughter Elizabeth Snow in the place of her
|
| 0043: | Mothers in the Copyhold Estates called Kelly Major and
|
| 0044: | Kelly Minor in the County of Cornwall and for that purpose
|
| 0045: | sell and dispose of so much of the said Three Hundred Pounds
|
| 0046: | Trust Money as shall be sufficient and from and immediately
|
| 0047: | after the decease of my said Daughter Elizabeth Snow Then

| 0048: | In Trust to assign and Transfer the said Sum of Three
|
| 0049: | hundred Pounds or such part thereof as shall remain after
|
| 0050: | adding her life in the said Copyhold Estates unto my beloved

| 0051: | Granddaughter Elizabeth Snow her Executors Administrators

| 0052: | and Assigns And as to Two hundred Pounds Residue of the

| 0053: | said Sum of five hundred Pounds In Trust to permit and
|
| 0054: | suffer my said Son William Prince or his assigns to receive
|
| 0055: | and take the Dividends Proceeds Produce and Income thereof

| 0056: | to and for his own use and benefit for and during the Term
|
| 0057: | of his natural life and from and after his decease then In
|
| 0058: | Trust to assign and Transfer the said Sum of two hundred
|
| 0059: | Pounds unto my Grandsons William Prince and George Prince
|
| 0060: | their Executors Administrators and assigns share and share
|
| 0061: | alike And I do hereby Order and Direct that in case any part
|
| 0062: | of the said Publick Funds or Stocks in which the said five
|
| 0063: | hundred pounds Trust Money or any part thereof is invested
|
| 0064: | shall be redeemed or paid off Then that my said Trustees
|
| 0065: | their Executors or Administrators do and shall lay and invest
|
| 0066: | out the Money to be received for and in lieu of such Fund
|
| 0067: | or Stocks as shall be so paid off in such other Stocks Funds
|
| 0068: | or other Publick Securities as they or the Survivor of them
|
| 0069: | shall think proper and and that the Moneys so received and laid
|
| 0070: | out shall be Subject to the same Trusts and for the same intents
|
| 0071: | and purposes as hereinbefore declared of and concerning the
|
| 0072: | Funds or Stocks in which the same is now invested and my
|
| 0073: | Will is and I do hereby expressly declare that my said
|
| 0074: | Trustees or either of them their or either of their Executors
|
| 0075: | or Administrators shall not be charged or chargeable with or
|
| 0076: | accountable for more of the aforesaid five hundred pounds
|
| 0077: | or the Income and produce thereof than he or they shall
|
| 0078: | actually receive or shall come to his or their respective hands
|
| 0079: | by Virtue of this my Will nor with or for any loss which
|
| 0080: | shall happen of the aforesaid sum of five hundred pounds or
|
| 0081: | any part thereof so as such loss happen without their
|
| 0082: | Wilful default nor the one of [↑them] for the other of them or the
|
| 0083: | Acts Deeds Receipts defaults or Disbursements the one of
|
| 0084: | the other and also that it shall and may be lawful for
|
| 0085: | my said Trustees and each of them their and each of
|
| 0086: | their Executors and Administrators in the first place by and
|
| 0087: | out of the said five Hundred Pounds or the Income and
|
| 0088: | produce thereof to deduct and reimburse him and themselves
|
| 0089: | respectively all such loss Costs Charges and Expences as he
|
| 0090: | they or any of them shall sustain Expend or be put unto
|
| 0091: | for or by reason of the Performance of this my Will or
|
| 0092: | the Trusts hereby in them reposed or the management
|
| 0093: | and Execution thereof respectively or any other thing in
|
| 0094: | any wise relating thereto Item I Give devise and bequeath
|
| 0095: | the said Debts so due to me in Trade as aforesaid and

| 0096: | all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Real and
|
| 0097: | Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever and where=

| 0098: | =soever situate and being Household Goods Debts and Money

| 0099: | in the Publick Funds unto my loving and beloved Wife
