I give to my son George William Smith,  all the property where I now live in Bell Street in Henley upon Thames to be held in trust for his lifetime by my nephew George Hill.  Should he not live in the house and my nephew decides to let the house then the rent is to be used for the upkeep of the house with any surplus being paid to my son, and after my son's death, the house is to go to my son, Robert Smith and his heirs forever.  I also give to my son George William Smith, £200 pounds which is to be held in trust by George Hill, to be invested in public stocks and the income to be paid to my son.  On my son's death these funds are to go to my son, Robert Smith.  However if my son, George William Smith, assigns the interest without the approval of George Hill then the money goes to my son,  Robert Smith.  My nephew George Hill is divide all my plate, china, household furniture and linen, and my money between my sons George William and Robert. The reside of my estate and effects to be sold by my nephew, and one half paid to Robert Smith, the half share due to George William is to be held on trust and invested in the same public funds on the same terms as the £200 was invested.  After his death, or should he assign his interest in the income without the consent of my trustee then the income to be paid to Robert Smith.

0003: of Oxford Widow being of sound and disposing Mind
0004: Memory and understanding do make Publish and declare
0005: my last Will and Testament in manner and form following
0006: (that is to say) I recommend my Soul into the Hands of
0007: Almighty God who gave it and my Body I commit to the
0008: Earth to be decently buried in a manner becoming my
0009: situation at Wargrave in the County of Berks as near
0010: to my late Husband as may be and as to such
0011: Worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased Almighty
0012: God of his goodness to bless me I dispose thereof
0013: as follows First I direct my just debts Funeral
0014: and Testamentary Expences to be fully paid and
0015: satisfied by and out of such ready Money Bank Notes
