0002: I Mary Bowen of Henley upon Thames in the County
0003: of Oxford Widow being weak and ill but of sound and
0004: disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this
0005: my last Will and Testament in manner Following (that
0006: is to say) I desire to be Buried at Paddington in the
0007: County of Middlesex in a decent manner at the discretion
0008: of my Executor hereinafter named and as to the Worldly
0009: Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me I
0010: dispose thereof as follows I give devise and bequeath
0011: unto my beloved Sister Ann Siggins all those my
0012: several shares in the York Building Water Works and
0013: which I believe to be Four in Number and all other
0014: my share and Interest in the said Water Works to
0015: hold the same unto and to the use of my said
0016: Sister Ann Siggins her Heirs Executors Administrators and
0017: Assigns for ever or for the residue of such time term
0018: and Number of Year as in the said shares I have now
0019: to come and unexpired Also I give and bequeath to
0020: my said Sister Ann Siggins and to my Sister Margaret
0021: Siggins the Sum of One Hundred Pounds apiece to be
