| 0016: | Sister Ann Siggins her Heirs Executors Administrators and

| 0017: | Assigns for ever or for the residue of such time term

| 0020: | my said Sister Ann Siggins and to my Sister Margaret

| 0021: | Siggins the Sum of One Hundred Pounds apiece to be

| 0022: | paid within Twelve Months after my decease by my

| 0023: | Executor hereinafter named all the rest and residue of

| 0024: | my real and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever

| 0025: | and of what nature and kind soever not hereinhbefore

| 0026: | by me disposed of I give devise and bequeath unto

| 0027: | my beloved Son Joseph Owen to hold the same unto and

| 0028: | to the use of my said Son his Heirs Executors Administrators

| 0031: | and appoint my said Son Joseph Owen Sole Executor
