0003: upon Thames in the County of Oxford being in a good state of health
0004: and of perfect sound and disposing mind memory and Understanding
0005: praised be God for the same but considering the Uncertainty of this
0006: life do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner
0007: and form following (that is to say) First I resign my Soul to its
0008: Creator in all humble hopes of its future Happiness and my Body
0009: if I die at Henley aforesaid I desire may be buried in a decent
