To: Mary Kent (Daughter)

I give to my natural daughter Mary Kent (otherwise Dee), and to her heirs for ever, my three properties in Barlows Yard, Henley, now in the occupation of myself, Samuel Whittick and William Monday, together with woodhouse and granary. For a period of a year after my death, my daughter Mary is to have the benefit of the income from all my properties.
