To: Elizabeth Applegath (Daughter)

I give to my natural daughter Elizabeth Applegath, wife of James Applegath, my two properties in Barlows Yard, Henley, currently occupied by William Whetson and Thomas Wyett, for her life.  After her death I give these two properties to Edward Applegath and James Applegath, sons of my daughter Elizabeth equally, and to their sons  for ever.
