| 0005: | And first and principally I commend my Soul into the hands

| 0006: | of Allmighty God my Creator hoping thro' the merits and

| 0007: | mediation of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to have

| 0008: | remission of all my Sins and to be made partaker of

| 0009: | Everlasting life And my Body I commit to the Earth to be

| 0010: | decently interred at the discretion of my Executrix

| 0011: | hereinafter named and as to my worldly Estate which the

| 0012: | Lord out of his mercy hath bestowed upon me I give and

| 0013: | bequeath as followeth (that is to say) I Give to my dear

| 0014: | and Loving wife Jane Vickers and her Assigns All that

| 0015: | my Messuage or tenement with the appurtenances in

| 0016: | Hart Street in Henley upon Thames aforesaid To Hold to her

| 0017: | and her Assignes for and during the term of her naturall

| 0018: | Life and from and after her decease I give devise and

| 0019: | bequeath the same to my youngest Daughter Elizabeth

| 0020: | Vickers her Heires and Assignes for ever charged and

| 0021: | Chargeable nevertheless with the sume of nine pence a weak
|
| 0022: | which I hereby give to my daughter Martha Fruin to be

| 0023: | paid into her own hands weekly and Every week on Saturday
|
| 0024: | night during her life Separate and a part from her husband
|
| 0025: | and my will is that her receipt alone shall be a sufficient
|
| 0026: | discharge to my said Daughter Elizabeth for the same
|
| 0027: | and that the said nine pence a week shall not be paid till
|
| 0028: | after the death of my wife and my will is further that in Case
|
| 0029: | my said house sho[ul]d happen to be at any time untennented that
|
| 0030: | then thesaid nine pence a week shall cease for so long as my
|
| 0031: | said house shall continue empty: All the rest and residue of my
|
| 0032: | Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath to my

| 0033: | said dear & Loving wife Jane Vickers whom I make full & whole
