I give to my wife Jane Vickers my property in Hart Street in Henley upon Thames for the term of her natural life.  After her death, I give the property to my youngest Daughter Elizabeth Vickers, charged with the sum of nine pence a week which I give to my daughter Martha Fruin to be paid into her own hands weekly and every week on saturday night during her life, separately from her husband, and that this nine pence a week shall not be paid until after the death of my wife. If the house should happen to be at any time untenanted, then this nine pence a week shall not be paid during this time.

0001: In The Name of God Amen I John Vickers of Henley
0002: upon Thames in the County of Oxford Baker being willing
0003: to Settle my affairs do make publish and declare this
0004: my last will and Testament in manner and form following
0005: And first and principally I commend my Soul into the hands
0006: of Allmighty God my Creator hoping thro' the merits and
0007: mediation of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to have
0008: remission of all my Sins and to be made partaker of
0009: Everlasting life And my Body I commit to the Earth to be
0010: decently interred at the discretion of my Executrix
0011: hereinafter named and as to my worldly Estate which the
0012: Lord out of his mercy hath bestowed upon me I give and
0013: bequeath as followeth (that is to say) I Give to my dear
0014: and Loving wife Jane Vickers and her Assigns All that
0015: my Messuage or tenement with the appurtenances in
0016: Hart Street in Henley upon Thames aforesaid To Hold to her
0017: and her Assignes for and during the term of her naturall
