To: Thomas Lovejoy (Son)

I give to my son Thomas Lovejoy my property on the south side of Hart Street and now in the possession of Thomas King for his lifetime subject to the rent charge of forty shillings a year in favour of my son Andrew Lovejoy and after his death I give this property to all the children of my son Thomas, in equal shares.
