To: Simon Lovejoy (Son)

I give to my son Simon Lovejoy my property in my possession in Hart Street and also my property in the parish of Rotherfield Greys near the Meeting house and now in the possession of George Butler for his lifetime subject to the rent charge of forty shillings a year in favour of my son Andrew Lovejoy and after his death I give these properties to all my grandchildren, the sons and daughters of my son Simon, in equal shares.
