0003: of Oxford Taylor and Hatter being weak in Body but of Sound
0004: and disposing Mind Memory and understanding and Calling
0005: to mind the uncertainty of this Life do for the Settling and
0006: disposing of the World­ly Estate wherewith it hath pleased
0007: God to bless me make and ordain this my last Will and
0008: Testament in manner following that is to say) First I Commend
0009: my Soul to Almighty God that gave it and my Body to the
0010: Earth to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executrix
0011: herein after named Also I Give devise and bequeath unto my
0012: loving and beloved Wife Mary Rack­strow All that my
0013: Messuage or Tenement wherein I now dwell Situate in Butcher
0014: Row in Henley upon Thames aforesaid with the Out houses
0015: Garden Hereditaments and Appurtenances thereunto belonging
0016: to hold to her and her Assigns for and during the Term of her
0017: natural Life and from and imme­diately after her decease then
0018: I Give devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof
