I give to my son George William Smith,  all the property where I now live in Bell Street in Henley upon Thames to be held in trust for his lifetime by my nephew George Hill.  Should he not live in the house and my nephew decides to let the house then the rent is to be used for the upkeep of the house with any surplus being paid to my son, and after my son's death, the house is to go to my son, Robert Smith and his heirs forever.  I also give to my son George William Smith, £200 pounds which is to be held in trust by George Hill, to be invested in public stocks and the income to be paid to my son.  On my son's death these funds are to go to my son, Robert Smith.  However if my son, George William Smith, assigns the interest without the approval of George Hill then the money goes to my son,  Robert Smith.  My nephew George Hill is divide all my plate, china, household furniture and linen, and my money between my sons George William and Robert. The reside of my estate and effects to be sold by my nephew, and one half paid to Robert Smith, the half share due to George William is to be held on trust and invested in the same public funds on the same terms as the £200 was invested.  After his death, or should he assign his interest in the income without the consent of my trustee then the income to be paid to Robert Smith.
