I give six hundred pounds which is owed me by my son in law Richard Mathews to his five sons, namely John, Richard (the younger), Thomas, Henry and Peter Mathews, in equal shares without interest when they reach the age of twenty one. The interest accruing in the mean time shall be kept by my son in law. If any of my grandsons should die before reaching this age, his share shall be divided equally amongst the survivors. My son in law Richard Matthews shall within six months of my death enter into a proper agreement with my executrix for the payment of the six hundred pounds when it falls due.

I give to Deodatus Staverton of Wokingham, gentleman, Nathaniel Micklem of Hurley, Berks, gentleman, and my Nephew Thomas May, of Fish Street Hill, London, fishmonger, all money in the late four Per Cent Bank Annuities and in the three Per Cent Consolidated Bank Annuities upon trust to give to my daughter Elizabeth Staverton the income from them for the rest of her natural life, and for her to receive half of these annuities on her marriage or, after death, for her to dispose of in her will. On the marriage or death of my daughter Elizabeth, the other half is to be held in trust for my daughter Ann Mathews to receive the income from it for her own use, separate from her husband, for her lifetime and after her death for the investment to be disposed of in her will, or, in default of this, for her surviving children in equal shares when they reach their respective ages of twenty one. In a codicil, following the death of Elizabeth Staverton, all the annuities are to be held in trust for Ann Mathews under the same terms

After her death, this sum is to be divided between her children according to the terms of her will, but in the absence of such direction in her will, it is to be divided amongst her surviving childrn in equal shares when they respectively reach the age of twenty one.
