| 0014: | pleased God to bless me with I dispose thereof as follows

| 0016: | Katherine her Heirs and Assigns for Ever all that my

| 0017: | Messuage or Tenement with the Appurtenances situate

| 0018: | lying and being in Bell Street in Henley upon Thames

| 0019: | aforesaid now in the Occupation of John Fowler Blacksmith

| 0020: | and all other my real Estate what soever and wheresoever

| 0021: | and I also give and bequeath unto my said Wife all my

| 0022: | Goods Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever and

| 0023: | of what nature or kind soever that shall remain
