0001: I Richard Eylsley of Henley
0002: upon Thames in the County of Oxford Wharfinger being
0003: in good Health and of sound and disposing mind memory
0004: and understanding Praised be Almighty God therefore but
0005: considering the Certainty of death and the uncertainty
0006: of the time do make and declare my last Will and
0007: Testament in manner following (that is to say) First I
0008: recommend my Soul unto Almighty God my Creator hoping
0009: for free Pardon and Remission for all my Sins in and
0010: through the Merits Mediation and Intercession of my
0011: Redeemer and my Body I commit to the Earth to be
0012: decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix herein
0013: after named and as for such temporal Estate as it hath
0014: pleased God to bless me with I dispose thereof as follows
0015: (that is to say) I give and devise unto my dear Wife
0016: Katherine her Heirs and Assigns for Ever all that my
0017: Messuage or Tenement with the Appurtenances situate
0018: lying and being in Bell Street in Henley upon Thames
0019: aforesaid now in the Occupation of John Fowler Blacksmith
0020: and all other my real Estate what soever and wheresoever
0021: and I also give and bequeath unto my said Wife all my
