To my wife Elizabeth for her life the three properties - one of them being in Fisher Row and the other two in Hog Lane.  After her decease then the property in Fisher Row to my son Richard Pratt;  and one of the properties in Hog Lane, now in the possession of Robert Bartlett and adjoining to the property of the widow Astill to my son John Pratt; and the other property adjoining to the last property now in the possession of Francis Banks to my son Jonathan Pratt.

0001: In the name of God amen I William Pratt of Henley upon Thames in the
0002: County of Oxon Carpenter Do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner
0003: following (that is to say) Imprimis I give & bequeath unto my Dear and Loving wife Elizabeth
0004: Pratt for & during the Term of her naturall life All those my three Messuages or Tenements
0005: with their and every of their appurtenances Scituate and being in Henley upon Thames af[ore]s[ai]d
0006: one of them in the Fisher Row and other two in Hog Lane And after her decease then
0007: I give and bequeath the Messuage or Tenement in the Fisher Row unto my Son Richard
0008: Pratt and his heires for ever And then Also I give and bequeath one of the Tenements in
0009: Hog Lane now in the Possession of Robert Bartlett and adjoyning to the Messuage of the Widow
0010: Astill with the appurtenances thereto belonging unto my Son John Pratt and his heires [↑and Assignes]
0011: for ever And then also I give and bequeath the other Tenement adjoyning to the East
0012: end of the last menc[i]oned Tenem[en]t now in the possession of Francis Banks with its
