| 0015: | power of God And as touching such worldly Estate wherewith

| 0016: | it hath pleased God to bless me in this Life I give devise bequeath

| 0017: | and dispose the same in manner and form following First I give

| 0018: | devise and bequeath to my welbeloved Son Richard Jennings of the

| 0019: | Parish of St Andrews Holborne in the County of Middlesex Carpenter
|
| 0020: | all and singular my Estate right title property Term of years

| 0021: | to come claim and demand of in and to all that my Cottage or
|
| 0022: | Tenement and the Garden and Backside thereunto adjoyning
|
| 0023: | and belonging with the appurtenances scituate standing and being
|
| 0024: | upon the wast Ground on the North Side of the Hill in
|
| 0025: | Henly upon Thames aforesaid and now in the tenure and
|
| 0026: | occupation of me the said Nicholas Jennings the Cottage or
|
| 0027: | Tenement now in the tenure of John Jemmatt on the West
|
| 0028: | side thereof and the Cottage or Tenement in the tenure of [left blank]
|
| 0029: | White Widow on the East side thereof together with all ways
|
| 0030: | passages and profitts whatsoever to the same Cottage or
|
| 0031: | Tenement and premisses belonging or in any wise appertaining
|
| 0032: | and now used or enjoyed therewith together with the Lease
|
| 0033: | of the same Cottage or Tenement granted to me the said Nicholas
|
| 0034: | Jennings by the Warden Bridgmen Burgesses and Commonalty
|
| 0035: | of the Town of Henly upon Thames aforesaid as also from S[ir]

| 0036: | William Whitelock of Phillys al[ia]s Philletts Court in the Parish of

| 0037: | Henly upon Thames aforesaid Knight To have and to hold

| 0038: | the said Cottage or Tenement together with the said Lease to
|
| 0039: | my said Son Richard Jennings his Executors and Administrators

| 0040: | for and during the whole Term and time in the said Lease granted

| 0041: | under the yearly Rents and Covenants therein contained in as

| 0042: | full and ample manner to all intents and purposes whatsoever

| 0043: | as I the said Nicholas Jennings can or could enjoyed the same if it

| 0044: | should pleased God that I should live to the expiration of the said

| 0045: | Lease And I do hereby make constitute and appoint my said Son

| 0046: | Richard Jennings full and sole Executor of this my said last

| 0047: | Will and Testament to whom after my Debts and Funerall Expences

| 0048: | paid and defrayed I do further give and bequeath all other my

| 0049: | Goods Chattles ready Money and all other my personall Estate

| 0050: | which I shall be in any wise possessed of at the time of my Decease

| 0051: | he my said Son Richard Jennings paying to my now Wife

| 0052: | Joan Jennings to his Brother William Jennings to his Sister

| 0053: | Anne Bagley Widow and his Sister Margaret the Wife of

| 0054: | Benjamin Sharpe of Henly Bargeman the summe of Five shillings
|
| 0055: | apeice within three Months next after my Decease which said
|
| 0056: | Five shillings apeice I give to my said Wife my said Son William
|
| 0057: | and my Daughters Anne and Margaret to cutt of and barr them
|
| 0058: | from laying claim to any other part of my said Goods Chattles
|
| 0059: | or personall Estate And I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and
|
| 0060: | anull all and every other former Testaments Wills Legacys Bequests

| 0061: | and Executors by me in any wise before this time named willed and
|
| 0062: | bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last
