0002: I Mary Sayer of Henley upon Thames in the County of Oxford
0003: widow do make publish and declare this my last Will and
0004: Testament in manner and form following that is to say First
0005: I give and bequeath unto my son Harrey Sayer the Legacy or
0006: Sum of forty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be
0007: paid unto him by my Executor hereinafter named within
0008: two years next after my decease Also I give and bequeath
0009: unto my son Harrey Sayer four silver spoons marked with
0010: J.E.B. And I also give and bequeath unto my grand daughter
0011: Mary Sayer daughter to my son Harrey Sayer my five
0012: pound piece of gold and my Case of Knives and Forks with the
0013: six spoons [↑belonging to the Case] with the Crest to be delivered to her immediately

0034: Buried as near as may be as my dear husband Mr Jonathan

0036: all the rest and residue of my goods chattels ready money
0037: debts owing and personal Estate whatsoever not herein before
0038: by me otherways given and disposed of by me my debts legacies
0039: and funeral expences being first paid and discharged I do give
0040: and bequeath unto my son Buckland Sayer whom I do hereby
0041: make and appoint the full and sole executor of this my last Will
0042: and Testament hereby me revoking all former Wills by me mead
