To my son John Norcott my interest and unexpired terms in the leasehold property at Upper Grosvenor Street, London now in the occupation of Lord Cardigan; and the leasehold property in John Street, near Berkeley Square, London, now in the occupation of Mr. Seckham; for his use and benefit to be charged with the payment of the legacy to my daughter Hannah Norcott and annuity to my wife Margaret.  Also I give the residue of my estate to my son John.

0004: understanding praised be Almighty God for the same
0005: do make publish and declare this my last Will and
0006: Testament in manner following (that is to say) First
0007: I desire that all my Just Debts be paid and discharged
0008: I give and bequeath unto my Son John Norcott All
0009: that my Leasehold Messuage or Tenement with its
0010: Appurtenances situate and being in Upper Grosvenor
0011: Street in the Parish of Saint George Westminster now
0012: in the tenure or occupation of Lord Cardigan his
0013: undertenant or undertenants And also all that my
0014: other Leasehold Messuage or Tenement with its
0015: Appurtenances situate and being in Johns Street
0016: near Berkley Square in the said parish of Saint
0017: George now in the tenure or occupation of Mr
0018: Seckham his Undertenant or Undertenants To hold the
0019: same unto and to the use benefit and behoof of my said

0035: Feasts of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary

0038: The first payment in respect thereof to be made upon
0039: such of the said Feasts which shall first happen after my
0040: decease and in Case the said Annuity or any part thereof
0041: shall be unpaid by the space of Twenty one days next
0042: after either of the said Feasts or days of payment whereon
0043: the same ought to be paid as aforesaid being lawfully
0044: demanded that then and so often it shall be lawful for
0045: my said Wife and her assigns into the said Messuages
0046: or Tenements and premises so charged as aforesaid or
0047: any part thereof to enter and distrain for the same
0048: and the distress and distresses then and there found to lead
0049: drive carry away and keep or otherwise to dispose of
0050: according to Law until the said Annuity or yearly
0051: Sum or Ten pounds and all arrearages thereof and
0052: all Costs and Expences to be occasioned by the
0053: non payment thereof shall be fully paid As to all the
0054: rest and residue of my personal Estate whatsoever (after
0055: payment of my Just Debts Legacies Funeral and
