| 0015: | being at Henley upon Thames aforesaid for and

| 0016: | during the term of her life only excepting one Messuage

| 0017: | or Tenement now in the possession or Occupation of my

| 0018: | Brother Jonas Webb which I give and bequeath to him

| 0019: | during the term of his natural life and from and
|
| 0020: | immediately after his decease I give and bequeath the

| 0021: | same to my Wife Grace if she shall be living at his
|
| 0022: | decease during the term of her natural life and from
|
| 0023: | and immediately after the decease of my said Wife Grace

| 0024: | and my said Brother Jonas Webb I give and bequeath

| 0025: | the said Leasehold Premisses unto my Nephew Edward

| 0026: | Webb his Heirs and Assigns for and during the term that

| 0027: | shall be then to come and unexpired of and in the said

| 0028: | Premisses All the rest residue and remainder of my

| 0029: | Estate Stock in Trade and Effects I give unto my said

| 0030: | Wife Grace and I do hereby appoint my said Wife

| 0031: | Grace sole Executrix of this my Will and I do hereby

| 0032: | revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me at
