To my wife Grace, for her life, I give all my leasehold estate in Henley except one property in the occupation of my brother Jonas Webb.  This property is for Jonas Webb's lifetime and then to Grace Webb if she is still alive.  After their deaths these leasehold estates to go to my nephew, Edward Webb, and his heirs, for the remainder of the term of the lease.  I also give the rest and residue of my estate to my wife Grace.

I give to my brother Jonas Webb the leasehold messuage which he occupies, for his life and on his death to my wife Grace Webb, if she is still alive.  The leasehold property is to go to nephew Edward Webb on the deaths of wife Grace and brother Jonas. Edward Webb and his heirs to hold for the unexpired term.

0003: of Oxfordshire Timber Merchant being of sound and
0004: disposing Mind Memory and Understanding do make this
0005: my last Will and Testament in manner following that is
0006: to say First I desire to be decently buried at the discretion
0007: of my Executrix hereafter named and as to my worldly
0008: Estate and Effects which God hath been pleased to bless
0009: me with after payment of my just debts Funeral
0010: Expences and Expences of proving this my Will I give
0011: and dispose thereof in manner following that is to say I
0012: give and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Grace
0013: All and singular my Leasehold Estate or Estates of
0014: what nature or kind soever situate standing lying and
0015: being at Henley upon Thames aforesaid for and
0016: during the term of her life only excepting one Messuage
0017: or Tenement now in the possession or Occupation of my
0018: Brother Jonas Webb which I give and bequeath to him
0019: during the term of his natural life and from and
0020: immediately after his decease I give and bequeath the
0021: same to my Wife Grace if she shall be living at his
0022: decease during the term of her natural life and from
0023: and immediately after the decease of my said Wife Grace

0025: the said Leasehold Premisses unto my Nephew Edward
