To: Elizabeth Ewen (Kinswoman)

I give to my kinswoman Elizabeth Ewen and her legitimate issue my small estate in Binfield, Berkshire, now occupied by James Shervill and my copyhold estate in Wargrave, Berkshire, now occupied by Nathaniel Eyles and William Jennings, and also the house in which I now live in Henley. If she has no such issue, the bequest passes to the heirs-at-law of John Laxton.
