To: Mary Hollier (Daughter)

To my wife Mary Hollier, my property in Bell Street and the use of the household furniture for her life and after her death the property to be sold and form part of the residue which shall be held on Trust as to one part by my daughter Sarah Hollier and the other by my daughter Ann Westbrook, wife of John Westbrook, for the benefit of my grandchildren at their ages of 21.  In the meantime the income arising to be used for their education and maintenance.  Should they all die before the age of 21, this half share to pass to my daughter Sarah Hollier.
