To: Elizabeth Bland (Daughter)

I give to my daughter Elizabeth Bland and to my son Thomas Bland, all my property, with garden, in Friday Street, Henley, now occupied by William Leaver. I also give to her the bed, bedstead and bedding together with the furniture in the room where I now lie. I also give to her and her brother Thomas Bland £200, part of the £400 in 4% Bank Annuities, as trustees for their sisters, Sarah Lovejoy, wife of George Lovejoy, and Ann Clark. I also give to her £100 of the £400 for her sole use.  The residue of my estate she is to share equally with her brother,Thomas Bland and sister, Ann Clark.
