0002: I Joanna Hale of Henley upon Thames in the County
0003: of Oxford Widow being weak in Body but of sound
0004: Mind Memory and Understanding thanks be to Almighty
0005: God for the same do make and Publish this to be
0006: my last Will and Testament as follows that is to say
0007: First I will and desire that all my Just Debts and
0008: Funeral Expences to be fully paid and satisfied by my
0009: Executrix herein after named and after payment and
0010: satisfaction thereof I give and bequeath unto my
0011: beloved Brother John Morris the Sum of Fifty Pounds
0012: of lawful Money of Great Britain if he shall be
0013: living at my decease and not otherwise the same
0014: to be paid within four Months next after my decease
0015: And as to all the Rest and Residue of my Estate
0016: and Effects Real and Personal whatsoever and wheresoever
0017: and of what nature kind or Quality soever which I
0018: now am or at the time of my death shall or may
0019: be in any ways seized possessed of interested in
0020: or entitled unto and not herein before otherwise disposed
0021: of I give devise and bequeath the same and every
0022: part and parcel thereof after Payment of my Just
