I give  to my two Daughters Elizabeth Cooper and Anne Cooper my Shop and the Room over it in Fisher Row in Henley upon Thames together with my Barn and the three Acres of Land lying behind it, and my Lands lying in Stoney Close and Abraham in the Parish of Henley upon Thames which I purchased from Mr. Daniel Sarney and Mr Jonathan Sayer. This is providing that they reach twenty one years of age. If either of them happen dies before reaching this age then their share will pass equally to the survivor of them and to my Daughter Mary Cooper.
