0002: I Daniel Sarney the Elder of Henley upon Thames in the County of
0003: Oxon Malster being of sound mind and understanding doe make publish
0004: and Declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form
0005: following And first and principally I commend my Soul into the hands of
0006: Almighty God (who gave it to me) trusting through the meritts and
0007: mediation of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to have remission of all
0008: my Sins and to be made Partaker of everlasting Life And my Body I
0009: commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the Discretion of my Executor
0010: and Executrix herein after named And as for the worldly Estate which
0011: the Lord hath bestowed upon me I give and dispose of the same as
0012: followeth Imprimis I give and devise unto my Daughter Mary and
0013: to her Heirs and Assigns for ever all that my Wood and Wood Ground
0014: and the Ground and Soyle thereof with the appurtenances now in my
0015: own occupation lying and being in the parishes of Newenham
0016: Murren and Nuffield in the said County of Oxon or one of them

0025: or Assigns within one Month next after the Decease of Margaret Trotman
0026: the Widow of George Trotman deceased And whereas the said Bond or
0027: Obligation and the moneys thereby made payable are by Indenture
0028: bearing date the Four and twentieth day of August in the Year of our

0030: assigned to me (by the said Samuel Thorne) and to my Executors
0031: and Administrators Now therefore I doe further give and devise unto
0032: my said Daughter Mary the said Obligation or Bond from the said
0033: Michael Fowler and all the moneys thereby due and payable and to
0034: grow due and payable and all the benefitt and advantage that can
0035: be made thereby Item I give and devise unto my Son Benjamin and

0037: with the Malthouse Garden Backside and other appurtenances to the

0075: my said Daughter Sarah or either of them shall happen to dye before
0076: his or her Legacy or Legacies shall become payable then my Will is
0077: and I doe hereby give the Legacy or Legacies of him or her so dying unto

0079: Benjamin and Sarah to be equally divided between them share and
0080: share alike Item all the rest and residue of my personall Estate whatsoever
