| 0004: | Principally I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave itt trusting

| 0005: | though the merritts and Mediation of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to have remission

| 0006: | of all my Sins and to be made partaker of everlasting life and my Body I commit to the

| 0007: | Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix herein after named and as for

| 0008: | my wordly Estate which the Lord out of his mercy hath bestowed upon me I give and dispose

| 0009: | thereof in manner following Imprimis I give devise and bequeath unto my deare wife Tabitha

| 0010: | all that my Messuag land or Tenement wherein I now dwell Scituate Standinding and being

| 0011: | upon the Hill in Henley upon Thames Aforesaid and Adjoyning to the Messuage or Tenement

| 0012: | of James Hearne to the west side therof and the Messuage or Tenement of me the said William

| 0013: | Martin and now in the possession of Henry Staniford on the Est side therof To have and to hold

| 0014: | the Same unto my Said for and during the natural life of my said wife and from and _ _ _

| 0016: | Martin and his Heires for ever one of my Messuages or Tenements for him to have which he

| 0018: | upon the Hill in Henley upon Thames Aforesaid the Messuage or Tenement of James Hearne on

| 0019: | the west side thereof or all that my Messuage or Tenement now in the possession of Henry

| 0020: | Staniford afors[ai]d and adjoyning to the Messuage or Tenement of Soloman Harris on the Est

| 0021: | Est side thereof And one of my Messuages or Tenements that my son William Refuses Item I

| 0022: | give devise and bequeath the same unto my son George Martin and his Heires for ever

| 0023: | And if my Son William Martin or my son George Martin should happen to die without Heire
|
| 0024: | lawfully begotten of his body my two Aforesaid Messuages or Tenements I do hereby give

| 0025: | and bequeath unto that Son as shall be then living And if both my Sons William and George
|
| 0026: | Martin happen to die without Heires Lawfully begotten of their bodies then my two Aforesaid

| 0027: | Messuages land or Tenements I do hereby give devise and bequeath to as many of my

| 0028: | daughters as shall be then living to be Equally divided between them share and share alike

| 0029: | And Lastly I Nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife Tabitha the only and sole

| 0030: | Executrix of this my last Will and Testament To whome after Payment of my debts and

| 0031: | funerall Expences I give and bequeath all and Singular my Household Goods and Moveables
